Our gate is a motor actuated gate. For best results hold the key card or fob over the number 4 on the key pad. Do not force the gate! Doing so will result in a hefty fine and repair costs.
Two gate keys were provided to each lot. Extra key cards are $6 and fobs are $12. Due to the ongoing microchip shortage availability varies. There will be a $4 postage charge if you wish them mailed. Contact Lisa Westover for more information.
